Cleaning out junk files will give you some extra hard drive space and speed things up.
Double-click “My Computer”, right click this icon (hard drive icon) and click “Properties”:
Now you see this screen…
Click the “Disk Cleanup” button and you see this screen…
Just select what you want to delete and press the “OK” button.
