Switch to the Classic Start Menu in Windows XP
This guide will show you how to switch to the Classic Menu in Windows XP so it will be easier for you to follow our guides.
Right-click on any blank space (see image below) in your taskbar and click “Properties”
You will now see this window…
Click the “Start Menu” tab circled above and you will now see this window…
Click the “Classic Start menu” radio button as shown in the above picture and click “OK”. You can revert back to the default start menu by simply selecting the “Start menu” button.
